“I chose to do Social Media Management because of the fast pace that characterises this industry. In order to prevent possible bad consequences, the crisis of the traditional media must be analysed. The recent U.S. elections showed the importance of traditional media with clear structures and clear ideals, where the goal is not just to get clicks but to bring values and contents so that readers can make educated decisions. Social media like Facebook are hyperpartisan. People like pages of their parties or politicians they are already convinced of. The contents they get only reinforce their views, without listening to the other part. In this way, democracy is at risk. My choice of getting experience in  Social Media has been the start of my mission to prevent that from happening.”
