Here I decided to do the travel by another point of view, the point of view of the food. We’ll see different cuisines, different flavors and different smells. I’ll try to bring you to restaurant that you’ll not find on a travel guide, place where usually find just locals.

Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina (second biggest country in South America).

The nest of tango is, as the dance itself, fascinating, enchanting and quivering of an unexploded vitality. Today I’ll bring you in some of the best restaurants of Buenos Aires, where you can try the typical Argentinian food. We’ll do this journey in two parts, this is caused by the large number of restaurant in the city.

To start, I putted a map with all the districts of Buenos Aires, so you can immediately understand the location of the restaurants.

Cabaña Las Lilas, Alicia Moreau de Justo, 516.

4,5 out 5 by Tripadvisor. This restaurant is a little bit different from the other. This restaurant combines the tradition of the Argentinian meat with the Brazilian warmth and hospitality. The style of this restaurant is completely different from the other, and obviously even the price. But don’t forget that the change with Euro is extremely good for us. Excellent choice of wines.

Happening, Alicia Moreau de Justo, 310

4 out of 5 by Tripadvisor. Another elegant restaurant, this one offers you different alternatives of food (from meat to fish). Excellent choice of wines.

District: Recoleta

El club de la milanesa, Azcuenaga 1898.

4 out of 5 by Tripadvisor. Informal restaurant, as the name said here you can find the best “milanesa” in the city. “Milanesa” is how the meat is cooked, in this case is fried and you have a choice of different things that you can put above it. Excellent choice of beer. Another thing that you have to try are the starters, really incredible! There is just one problem about the starters, are all fried, so extremely good for the soul, but not for the diet.

And finally the picture of the famous “milanesa”.
