I’m deeply in love with essential oils, aromatherapy oils, and liquid herbs . I like to use my favourite essential oils to mix with hair masks, facial moisturizers, and other homemade recipes. Sometimes I use diffusing it in the air to kill mold.
So,I want to share with you one of my favorites: tea tree oil. To my mind, this oil is amazing for everything!
We are talking about one of the most popular essential oils for your health is Tea Tree. This oil have a lots of benefits.
It is antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial, stimulant, balsamic, expectorant, fungicide, insecticide cicatrisant.
Tea tree oil (TTO), the volatile essential oil derived from the Melaleuca alternifolia, an Australian native plant.
This plant have a tendency to grow near bodies of water. Because of this, the twigs and leaves that fall into the water turn these lakes and ponds into veritable pools of hair and skin health for the indigenous people for many years. It also has a natural tenacity that repels bacteria, insects and fungus well after application.
Tea tree oil is said to have anti-inflammatory and other beneficial aspects which can quell the appearance of red marks or swelling on the skin.
Clearly, tea tree oils is helpful in naturally reducing the bacteria known to be responsible for causing body odor.
It’s also a fabulous ingredient in homemade toothpaste and mouthwash, thanks to the ability to kill off bad bacteria and at the same time soothe inflamed skin,
In addition, rubbing tea tree oil diluted with another carrier oil may help improve the appearance of fingernail beds and/or cuticles.
Moreover, you might have heard that teat tree oil can help treat acne because it kills acne-causing bacteria
When used in a shampoo or hair care products, tea tree oil is said to improve the health of one’s scalp and hair.
